AUSTRALIA WIDE SHIPPING INCLUDED

A blend of quality South Australian fruit, we like to source different parcels of Merlot and blend them to give a fresh and vibrant representation of our favourite variety!

Red cherry and satsuma plum with undertones of coco powder and rosemary.

Dark Fruit notes of black cherry and plum meld seamlessly on the palate with layers of dark chocolate and cedar. Juicy fruit flavours build in the mouth and are balanced by fine acidity and elegant tannins.

A medium bodied, fruit driven wine, with fresh acidity, fine tannins and a dry finish. A versatile companion with food, it will work well with moderately flavoured dishes that have an element of richness. Pizza, moussaka, or roast chicken would be great, or more simply, enjoy with a well matured soft white cheese.
