Tasting note: we love riesling! it’s like a bracing dip in the ocean after a big night out; one of life’s true treats. we’ve been fortunate enough to make riesling from almost every region of note in australia, with this year being the iconic clare valley.

The resulting wine is bright and pleasantly textural with racy citrus fruits and a pop of waxy lime on the nose and palate. this refreshing fruit gives way to a savoury, stoney minerality and a subtle touch of honey that helps round the wine out. – Producers notes

Carousal represents the next phase of the Sullivan wines vinous Journey. Over the years they has been fortunate to meet and work. With some incredible growers who are custodians of some very special Sites.

Through carousal the aim to give expression to these uniquely Australian vineyards in a considered way that incorporates the fun-Loving vision of jumping juice, while also exploring their evolving Tastes; whites that are entirely products of a place.

They are Sophisticated, drinkable wines that would fit seamlessly on the list. At your local bistro or by the glass at the neighbourhood wine bar.
