This bottle is crisp fizz with just a touch of residual sugar to make it plush and yum! No gushing on opening with this pet nat…. Bobby isn’t sure if it’s the sugar or pure beginners luck! About Just Enough Wines
Bobby Fishel is the man behind Just Enough Wines. An Englishman who has been an importer of wines into the UK, this is his first solo winemaking project.
Sourcing fruit from biodynamic, organic, or organic-in-conversion vineyards across the Barossa region, these wines are fresh funky and lots of fun. An exciting new project here, with the initial set of releases causing a bit of a stir, this is a producer to keep your eye on.
