Pale straw in colour, this beautiful wine displays enticing aromas of hay straw, honeysuckle floral, lemon curd & light toasted almond. Light to medium bodied, this captivating wine shows grape fruit pith, orange peel and gentle mineral/ savoury notes on the palate with hints of honeysuckle.

This elegant wine is a combination of Krinklewood trademark biodynamic whites – Semillon & Chardonnay – that gives a true reflection of Krinklewood terroir in one field blend wine. This vintage, both varieties were hand picked and whole bunch chilled before a light basket press (to extract premium free run juice only) and co-fermented with indigenous yeast in the oldest French oak in the winery where it mature for 10 months before light finings and bottling.

Not only are our wines certified biodynamic, but every aspect of our Hunter Valley vineyard and farm is also managed in a biodynamic, organic, holistic, and sustainable way which is evident in the individuality and superior quality of the wines.
