This Strathbogie Riesling (previously ‘Spring’) is always a little more generous and weighty with structure building in all directions. Pink Quartz soils provide the profile and always shows greater opulence than those wines from the granite soils of Caveat. Will age but drinks incredibly well now.

Lemonade fruit aromas with green apple, crushed stones, green apricot and notes of jasmine on the nose. Dry with a little opulence (3.6gm), medium – body with lemonade fruit and white grapefruit pith. Zippy but soft on the palate, fine high acid, citrus driven. A finer, more tuned Strathbogie, long and seductive.
