“The 2018 is our sixth Rosé to be produced at Myrtaceae Winery. We use our Pinot Noir grapes, which are crushed and de-stemmed and stay on skins for less than 24 hours. The wine begins fermentation and is then in French Oak barrels for six months before bottling.
While fermented dry, the Rosé retains the full berry aromas of the pinot fruit with a soft yet long and flavoursome palate and gentle acidity. A perfect summer wine best served chilled.
