Dave Brookes (Halliday Wine Companion) – 92 SILVER
“Pinot noir sourced from the most inland vineyard in Tasmania, on the Central Highlands. Mid-ruby with characters of wild cherries and macerated strawberries layered with exotic spice, hints of leaf litter, shiitake broth, pressed flowers, Chinese barbecue shop, dried tangerine rind and earth. Sour cherry flows in on the palate, the acid line is tight and prominent and the finish shows plenty of gamey nuance and chutzpah.” – Halliday Wine Companion
