The Parish Vineyard Riesling is defined by a long taut spine of slaty acidity, balanced by textured complexity, with flavours of a wild cottage-garden – camomile, feijoa, dried lavender, juniper and grapefruit with aromas of tea rose, cumquat and ocean spray.
