This Sangiovese is genuine and easy to drink. It has a bright red color with violet highlights. It has a rich bouquet with aromas of red fruits which are typical of the Sangiovese from this area, such as violet and cherry notes. This is a wine for every occasion with its fresh, fruity taste and medium structure thanks to its delicate tannins.
Pasta with ragù or tomato sauce, roasted white meat, partially matured cheeses. Serve at 16-18°C.
This Sangiovese comes from organic grapes. This viticulture takes advantage of natural fertility of the soil, which is enhanced by limited works, improving the biodiversity and avoiding any kind of synthetic chemical products. The vine protection is done by copper and sulphur. Also, for the soil treatment the chemical fertilizers are avoid. The enological products used during the vinification are organically certified.
Poderi dal Nespoli is located in the Bidente Valley, on the hills of Forlì, about 177 meters above sea level, an area that connects the Apennines to the Adriatic coast. Since 2010, the year in which the Ravaioli family entered a partnership with Mondodelvino Group, Poderi dal Nespoli wines have found their way onto numerous international markets. This is also thanks to the innovative momentum created by state-of-the-art technologies introduced across all grape processing and wine ageing phases, guaranteeing qualitative improvement and compatibility with highly authentic processes.
L’Atelier by Aramis Vineyards was founded in 2012, dedicated to supplying a hand-selected range of quality wines to the independent on and off trade. From small beginnings we now operate across NSW, QLD, VIC and WA as well as in our home state of South Australia. Our distribution company was founded on our absolute belief that there was nobody better to represent our McLaren Vale brand than our own team. From that point our mission was clear - to bring together a collection of wine that would complement and match the quality of our own, and to present these to premium retail and hospitality trade across Australia.
