This luscious dessert wine is a celebration of concentrated sweetness and vibrant citrus character. Hand-harvested from the Immerse vineyard in Dixons Creek, the Sauvignon Blanc grapes were left to naturally shrivel on the vine, intensifying their fruity flavors and resulting in a beautifully balanced wine.

The pale lemon hue hints at its bright profile. On the nose, delicate aromas of honeysuckle, quince, and lemon zest set the stage for a palate rich with orange blossom, marmalade, and cumquat. The texture is velvety and luxurious, with 65g/L of residual sugar delivering a sweet, yet elegantly balanced finish.

With an alcohol content of just 10.6%, this dessert wine pairs perfectly with blue cheeses, fruit-based desserts like apple pie or apricot crumble, and citrusy treats like lemon meringue. It also complements white meats and seafood dishes with a fruit element, such as peach-glazed chicken or citrus-poached prawns.
