There are those that argue Orange is where Shiraz ultimately finds its own balance in Australia. Our cool climate Shiraz has hints of white pepper and spicy fruit flavours which pair perfectly with lamb and other slow cooked meat dishes.

Whole berry fermented in open and closed stainless steel fermenters. Hand-plunged (opens) and pumped over (closed) twice per day. Left on skins for 14 days before pressed to tank. Transferred to older French oak barrels to complete malolactic fermentation. Matured for 9 months. One portion left in stainless steel to retain freshness in final blend. No fining with a light filtration.

Dark ruby red with bright magenta hue.

Bright red berries with blue fruit. Spice and pepper sing cool climate Shiraz.

Medium bodied with blue fruit intensity on the mid palate. Integrated tannins compliment spices of clove and white pepper. A bright and juicy Shiraz.

See Saw wines herald from the prestigious food and wine region of Orange, Australia and are a world class expression of Orange’s pure mountainous cool climate.

Estate grown fruit, nurtured using sustainable and organic viticulture, followed by minimal intervention winemaking, results in beautifully balanced handcrafted wines.

From vintage 2019 onwards, all See Saw range wines are organically certified and vegan.

We, Justin and Pip Jarrett, have been growing grapes and making cool climate wines in Orange, NSW for over 25 years. Our approach to farming considers all activities and their impact on the environment and wine quality. We believe in a balanced approach to all things, most especially the sustainability of the land and environment on which we all depend, and we have a wholehearted respect for leaving a positive environmental legacy. This sustainable ethos is cultivated into the 170 hectares we now have under vine over three sites of varying elevations.

Bacchus Wine Merchant is a well-known, respected, family-owned wine distribution company established in 2001 by Jo Newton who is still the Managing Director today.

Over the past 15 Years our tremendous growth has allowed us to expand our distribution into Queensland and Victoria. From humble beginnings, Jo ran the company from her spare bedroom in Cremorne, to now, with over 15 employees in 3 states.
