Silver Palm Winery truly represents the best of coastal vineyard fruit, sourcing from select vineyards in some of California’s premier coastal appellations, including Napa, Sonoma, and Mendocino county.
Silver Palm is sourced from vineyards that are profoundly influenced by cool coastal air and fog from the Pacific Ocean, resulting in lower summer temperatures and milder winters. These temperate vineyard microclimates are ideal for the cultivation of Cabernet Sauvignon, the king of noble grape varieties.
The cooling effects of California’s coastal wind and fog allow grapes to ripen slowly, resulting in crisp acidity and complex, robust fruit flavors. We source the best cool climate grapes all along the California coast to produce a balanced Cabernet Sauvignon with robust flavor.
