From the estate’s position on the slopes surrounding Mount Canobolas (Gaahna Bulla), winemaker Tom Ward’s craft reflects his enduring passion for high altitude winemaking, with a focus on the region’s quintessential varieties: Chardonnay and Pinot Noir
