One Million Cuttings Chardonnay Pinot Noir is a stylish blend of 15% Pinot Noir grapes with 85% Chardonnay grapes. These fruit parcels were handpicked and then crushed. The resulting wine features a bright golden hue, with light yellow tinges lurking throughout. A fine and persistent bead offers a lovely appearance. A swirl of the glass presents mesmerising fruit scents.
The fresh and vibrant palate is rife with stone fruit and citrus flavours, ending the wine in a balanced and creamy finish. This tempting white blend from Tahbilk can be stored in the cellar for 2 years. It tastes wonderful as an aperitif, and can also be served with white meat and seafood dishes.
About Tahbilk One Million Cuttings Wines
Owned and managed by the Purbrick family, Tahbilk is a reputed winery located on O’Neils Road in Tabilk, Victoria. The winery was established in the year 1860.
The landscape on which the winery is situated was referred to as tabilk-tabilk, in the aboriginal Daung-wurrung language, meaning the place with many water holes. The name of the Tahbilk wine brand was derived from this aboriginal term.
