The Merlot/Shiraz has warm, earthy, pruney aromas. Beautifully elegant sweet plum fruit on the palate-has acids, tannins and good oak, and shows great depth and a lingering aftertaste.

Stuart and Donna have dreamed of owning their own winery for many years and when Talunga came up for sale in 2015 they jumped at the opportunity to own one of the northern Adelaide hills most visible wineries. Next time you drive up through Torrens Valley keep an eye out for the sign.
