Wonderfully Pale pink with lifted aromas strawberries and vanilla as well as subtle spice. Vibrant palate of red fruits, with lifted citrus and floral notes. This wine is very light in feel but with terrific flavour and energy.
Harvested in the cool of the morning to avoid the warmer temperatures of the day. The fruit is quickly delivered to the winery for destemming and crushing prior to a regular fermentation in stainless steel tank. A small component of the blend is cool distilled whilst another undergoes ultra-membrane filtration.
With very gentle handling, these components are masterfully blending back into the original parcel of wine to arrive at a well-integrated, lighter finished ABV.
