This Southern Highlands Shiraz Rose` comes from a very cool climate wine region. The winemaker from Verwood Estate Wines has created a beautiful balanced wine which allows the shiraz with freshness and gourmet aromas of red plum, red cherry, banana, mango. Any wine lover will appreciate this Shiraz Rose` as an easy to drink, well balanced and smooth wine.

This wine pairs exceptionally well with chilli red meat dishes as well as heavy white meats such as duck.

It can be drunk now but has potential to wait 3-5 years.

Appearance: Wine is clear with deep intensity, colour is red with lights purple

Nose: Wine is clean and open at the first nose; with smells of primary aromas like fruit.
At the second nose, nose is developing, aromas surface such as red fruits red cherry, red plum, strawberry and tropical fruits mango, banana.
Nose is youthful

Palate: This Shiraz Rose` is a moderate dry rosé wine; attack is very easy to drink thanks to the vividness of this 100 % shiraz wine. It is balanced between light body on the palate and low alcohol. We find fresh red fruits and tropical fruits mango banana, red cherry, red plum. Texture on palate is easy to drink and balanced. End of the palate is with vegetal notes with delicate bitterness.
