Wildly is certified organic, but more than that, it’s a great tasting bottle of bubbles that we feel good about making and we reckon you’ll love drinking.

Pale straw in colour, there is plenty of lemon drop acid with citrus flavours of pink grapefruit and lemon zest, along with some red apples.

Light, crisp and refreshing, a great aperitif or simply enjoyed on its own.

More of the good stuff you want and none of the bad stuff you don’t. No nasties like pesticides, added sugars or synthetic bits. Made from South Australian Organic Chardonnay.

Part of the Hill-Smith Family Estates stable of Certified Organic wines. Vegan friendly (if that’s important to you). Winemaker is Heather Fraser. Pale lemon to straw hue. Plentiful fine bubbles. Soft nose of brioche, cinnamon and apple pie, grapefruit, a little barley sugar and lemony citrus. Easy mousse leads to a zesty and fine palate. Good chalky finish and plenty of aperitif friendly acidity. Nothing overtly complex or layered, nor fattened out with sugars. Well balanced and clean.
