The Pepperstone Shiraz is a blend of our estate vineyards at Polish Hill River.
It’s a medium to full bodied wine that combines a pleasing mix of bright red fruits along with dark, luscious flavours.
Aged in a combination of French and American oak for 12 months, the Pepperstone is a beautifully crafted style of Shiraz with soft ripe tannins and the elegant profile of Polish Hill River.
