The proud definition of our house style. These wines are produced from vineyards that are carefully managed by Yering Station’s team to ensure they reflect, and continue to reflect Yarra Valley’s hallmark characters.

Rich black fruits meld beautifully with peppercorn, anise spice and subtle toasted notes. Balanced and complex, the mid palate seamlessly extends to a long graceful finish. Velvet-like tannins support the fruit and provide enhanced opulence.

Velvety and lush, the black and blue fruits overlay a rich and generous palate. There’s lots of complex spice imparted from both the fruit and the French oak used. The finish is long and moreish.

Hand picked de-stemmed. 2% of Viognier was co-fermented with Shiraz in open fermenters. Hand plunged twice daily, then pressed to barrel. Matured in French oak for 18 months.
