About Domaine Servin Wines
Domaine Servin invites you to discover its long tradition of Chablis winegrowers! The first traces of the Servin family in Chablis date from 1654, with more than seven generations of winegrowers, laborers and coopers behind them; always devoted to the vine.
Today, the Estate is recognized as one of the largest owner-grower estates in Chablis with a 36-hectare vineyard 39 in the most famous hillsides of Chablis, producing the full range of Chablis appellations, with its Petit Chablis, Chablis and Chablis Vieilles Vignes “Massale Selection”; its six Chablis 1er Cru Montée de Tonnerre, Mont de Milieu, Vaucoupin, Vaillons, Forêts and Butteaux; as well as its four Chablis Grand Cru with Les Preuses, Bougros, Blanchot and Les Clos.
Our wines are exported to the four corners of the globe and you can find our wines on the greatest tables in the world.
D omaine Servin produces unequaled wines, from the best terroirs located in the commune of Chablis itself, taking advantage of its particular microclimates, which produce one of the best Chardonnays in the world.
Traditional vinification is an important component of the success of Domaine Servin wines. Some of our finest wines are vinified in oak barrels, to reinforce their intrinsic character, others vinified in stainless steel vats to preserve their finesse and freshness in the mouth.
Rregularly selected in the biggest competitions (Hachette, Revue des Vins de France, etc.), and by the greatest specialized journalists (Tanzer, Meadows, Parker, etc.), one of our wines was recently selected as one of of the 100 best wines in the world!
