Bright ruby in colour, this wine is lifted and aromatic with ripe strawberries and dark cherries, a hint of earth and sappy notes. The palate is delicate and fragrant with subtle tannins, abundant dark fruit, and integrated toasted French oak. Flavours to compliment five spice duck or a selection of charcuterie.
Our “Single Site” wines proudly carry the winery’s name. The name Rockcliffe comes from the stretch of 100m high granite cliffs that dominate the coastline of the main bay of Denmark. The Single Site wines are true to their origin and express the individual grapes and terroir they come from.

Rockcliffe is named after the stretch of 100m high granite rock cliffs that dominate the eastern end of Denmark’s main bay. The same granite lies beneath the winery and gives distinctive characteristics to the wine.
