Located in Southern Highlands NSW, the cool climate of this region allows us to create fresh bubbles. The Chardonnay in this bubbly wine is smooth and an ample palate. The Pinot Noir brings in subtle flavours of peach and pear with a slight apricot colour. When enjoying this wine, you will enjoy fresh fruits lemon, apple, pear on the palate. Appearance: This Sparkling Chardonnay Pinot Noir is clear, with medium intensity colour yellow with lights lemon and dynamic bubbles.

Nose: At the first nose, wine is clean light intensity and primary aromas of citrus fruits.
After aeration, nose is developing as we smell fresh green fruit like apple, pear and citrus fruits zest line.

Palate: wine is dry with fresh acidity. Bubble is present and creamy. It’s very interesting as bubbles wrap acidity in the wine to create balance. The finish on the palate is refreshing and easy to drink with fresh green fruits like apple and pear aromas.
