The clay soils of Polish Hill River produce medium to full bodied Cabernet Sauvignon with an abundance of structure that sits comfortably within a framework of quality French Oak.
In the vein of so many Bordeaux wines it’s built for the long haul, but many will still appreciate the raw power of youth.
